Crystal Partners is celebrating and honouring World Environmental Day 2021 today, 5 June 2021. World Environment Day is celebrated every year to remind people about the importance of nature. It is celebrated across the globe to educate, inform and raise awareness of its value. The theme for World Environmental Day 2021 is REIMAGINE, RECREATE and RESTORE. “Leadership means sacrifice, commitment, consistency and keeping a positive attitude. A leader’s moral obligation for success should be in the pursuit of human dignity, social fulfilment and integrated success.” (Dr. Keitumetse Mothibeli)

We are the premier partner for international companies that want to set up and expand their business into Africa. Early human fossils discovered, lived between 6 and 2 million years ago come from Africa. Africa is also home to very innovative and sophisticated cultures in Egypt, Kush, Zimbabwe and Aksum, amongst others.
It is blessed with abundant wealth of resources in the form of nature and mineral resources, amongst other resources. Six of the ten fastest growing economies in the world in 2020 were in Africa and the current population is 1,368,992,482. With its rich history and huge potential, the continent is the ideal destination for any international company wants to grow its business. Our objective is to participate in the development Africa and restore the continent to its former glory.
We will be part of the #GenerationRestoration and our business projects will always look at how we can inculcate the restoration of the environment and nature into its models. We have a vast network in Africa that we use to achieve our vision of making international companies very successful in Africa, whilst reimagining, recreating and restoring the environment.
Dr. Keitumetse Tebogo Mothibeli is the Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Partners, a 100% black-owned investment company led by black female professionals. Crystal Partners aims to become the premier choice partner for global and local companies seeking to establish and expand their footprint on the African continent.
She has extensive experience in the field of Science and in the Medical distribution industry, with five years’ experience as a Field Applications and Product Specialist where her key deliverables were focused on maintaining and developing territorial sales functions, in accordance with agreed sales and marketing plans.
Her drive for entrepreneurship has seen her develop and successfully run Maidi Holding and was/is co-owner of Mr. Brick. Heading the Research and Development department she was passionate at using green technology together with Zetland technologies at CSIR to make bricks and other products in solving the fly ash challenge in Secunda. Together with utility companies such as Eskom and Sasol she formed mutual beneficial relationship with a vision and mission that propels infrastructure development and a favourable outcome to the environment.
She joined Zucchi Innovations and Mofaya Beverage Company as a Research and Development Director and shareholder with a specialized focus directed at governing processes controlling product development research, concept screening and testing.
Later becoming a consultant as the Head of Research and Development at BMGLOBAL were her primary role was to find sustainable solutions and technologies for the irradiation of waste that are beneficial and environmentally friendly and to find building solutions using waste from mining sectors.
Together with her vast experience in Health, Medical Distribution, Mining Infrastructure, and Maritime, Dr. Mothibeli became the first black woman to acquire Diving and Hull cleaning
licenses in Durban, Richard Bay, and Cape Town.
In 2020, she became a Chief Investment Officer for the Chairman’s Investment Panel where she focused on building and mentoring young and dynamic entrepreneurs into creating sustainable and meaningful business. She is a born leader and believes that sacrifice, commitment, consistency, and keeping a positive attitude are characters that all good leaders need. It is to develop an innate drive for excellence that transcend barriers of any prejudice or predisposition, with a moral obligation for success that should be in the pursuit of human dignity, social fulfilment and integrated success.
