Dr Keitumetse Mothibeli


Dr. Keitumetse Tebogo Mothibeli is the Chairperson of Crystal Partners, a 100% black-owned investment company led by black female professionals. Crystal Partners aims to become the premier choice partner for global and local companies seeking to establish and expand their footprint on the African continent.

She has extensive experience in the field of Science and in the Medical distribution industry, with five years’ experience as a Field Applications and Product Specialist where her key deliverables were focused on maintaining and developing territorial sales functions, in accordance with agreed sales and marketing plans.

Tumediso Lobelo

Group Chief Executive Officer

Tumediso Lobelo is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Partners and is an astute professional and has been an innovation & digital advocate for 15 years in the ICT industry. She is formerly the Managing Director and Founder of Tulo Vation, a start-up providing cybersecurity training and consulting services. Her career began at Microsoft as a sales graduate and progressed to numerous client-facing roles looking after major government entities. She then took on various client advisory and senior management roles across the Dimension Data group of companies.

Her responsibilities included being a digital transformation advisor, leading implementations of networking infrastructure, analysing & enforcing security practices, fostering the adoption of software solutions and cloud-based platforms for major clients. She ensured that clients across the private and public sector took advantage of all technology business platforms, both hardware and software.

Her qualifications include an Honours Degree in Information Systems, a Management & Leadership certification, a Leadership certificate from Henley Business School and various courses related to IT and business leadership. She is also currently studying towards her Bachelor of Commerce in Theology degree.

Poroma Mohale

Group Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Poroma Mohale is currently the Group Chief Strategy Officer at Crystal Partners, a Female-Led Investment Holdings company that was established as the premier partner of choice for global and local companies seeking to establish and expand their footprint on the African continent through strategic partnerships. Poroma is an Engineer by profession and hold various qualifications, MBA in Digital Transformation in Business through the University of Maryland in the USA, ICT Systems Diploma in Networking (UK), Technology Entrepreneurship Certification through Harvard, he also has various Microsoft qualifications, (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer / Certified Professional Technology Specialist in Security), Network Analyst and Cisco Certified Network Associate.

His background in Technology has gained him over 20 years wealth of experience in the Technology field, this includes working with various multinational corporates both local and global as an Engineer at Britain Telecommunication, Dimension Data to Sun International just to name a few, he also has an extensive experience in Logistics and Mining.

He is currently enrolled with the University of Sussex pursuing his PhD in Technology and Innovation.

Fungai Chitungo

Group Chief Investment Officer

Fungai comes along with a wealth of corporate finance, transaction advisory, deal structuring and capital raising experience and expertise. He acquired most of his experience from his previous roles as a corporate finance professional. Fungai was Senior Associate at Nations Capital, a corporate finance boutique firm operating out of South Africa, focusing on private and public sector advisory transactions across all sectors and value-added services including valuations, due diligence and feasibility studies. Within Nations Capital, Fungai rose from an Analyst to a Senior Associate role which enabled him to successfully led a number of transactions executed by the company.

Prior to joining Nations Capital, Fungai began his finance career in the early 2000s in Zimbabwe, initially as a Credit Analyst and later on assumed a Project Finance Analyst role, with different local banks in the country. During this time, he successfully worked on several project finance assignments within the finance, horticulture, agriculture, and transportation industry, as well as black empowerment related projects.

Kgomotso Mamello Motshidi

Chief Innovation Officer

Kgomotso Mamello Motshidi is an author, entrepreneur, and strategist. She is a seasoned professional with 20 years experience having worked for Fortune 500 companies in South Africa and abroad. She has worked for companies such as Microsoft, HPE, Eli Lilly and Co., among others. She has astute business sense and is the Managing Director of The Zora Group. Her career juxtaposed form being a system developer to being a business strategist. She holds a B-Com Informatics degree from UNISA and an MBA from MIB School of Management in Trieste, Italy.

Over and above, she was selected for the Financial Mail’s “Little Black Book” of 2016 as a young emerging leader.

As an author and her inaugural offerings was titled “Cracking the Gentleman’s Code: A guide to becoming the Job 29Man”. A book inspired by changing the narrative in society to have a positive impact. She further pioneered the “Discover the Hero In You “mentorship programme at her alma mater Nkholi Primary School.

Marthinus Petrus Geldenhuys

Chief Business Development Officer

Marthinus Geldenhuys has a strong background as an engineering professional with over 15 years in the industry and has extensive experience both as contractor and consulting engineer. He was involved in large construction projects including a platinum smelter in Rustenburg and the Mozal aluminium smelter in Mozambique. He also managed the construction of raft foundations for mass housing projects across South Africa. As consulting engineer, he completed various highway and bridge projects for clients such as SANRAL. He launched a successful business in property and invests in different sectors. He is adaptable, driven, has a strong work ethic and a high level of personal integrity.

He has a compassion for communities and after graduation from SATS with a bachelor’s degree in Theology, served in ministry outreaches in countries such as Botswana, Mozambique, and South Africa. Marthinus is an avid runner and has conquered the Comrades Marathon twice.

Thembinkosi Vuyani Nhlanhla

Mr. Nhlanhla is a seasoned finance professional. He has a 12-year track record in the field of finance. He has worked for listed Multinationals and has experience in Financial Services, Education, Contract Catering and Premium Appliance Sectors. He has exposure to the Banking, Health, Mining and Technology Sectors as well. He has managed book values up to R850 Million and successfully managed to mitigate risk and exposure to best in history of the company.

He has experience with Cross Border transactions and Global Financial transactions in Foreign Currencies. He has successfully led a team of finance professionals and has developed and trained new talent in the field. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

He is co-founder of a company that is building a portfolio of Education assets focused on bringing solutions to pivot Education on the African continent.

Bongiwe Carol Buthelezi

Bongiwe Buthelezi is a driven yet amiable entrepreneur who is passionate about her work and people. She has worked in different touch points in the Telecommunication Industry amassing a wealth of expertise, including making her great in relational and people skills.

She is SAQA accredited as an Assessor and Moderator, holds a Business Modelling Certificate, a Higher Certificate in Business Management and is currently studying her Bachelor in Business Administration at (Rosebank College -The IIE is internationally accredited by the British Accreditation Council) .

Her heart for people is extended to her also managing other duties such as being a Leader and Overseer at Triumphant Living Faith Church, a Youth Mentor to 12 ladies, Board Member and Operations Manager overseeing campus operations of the ministry and administration. Pule Letswalo studied Architecture at the University of Johannesburg and graduated successfully in 2012. Since then, He worked for dynamic firms like SMG Architects and KABU Design Architects. In 2016 He qualified as a professional Senior Architectural Technologist and subsequently accumulated 9 years experience in the field of Architecture to date.

Pule is currently registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession as well as the Gauteng Institute for Architecture. He epitomizes Ingenuity in how he approaches life’s challenges therefore he believes challenges present an opportunity for innovation.

Raymond Makwakwa

Raymond Makwakwa Is an experienced Sales and Client Relations Manager. He boasts a wide of experience in Business development, Executive consultancy, team management and development for the past 10 years. He is an aspiring Mergers and Acquisitions specialist as well as an MBA student.

His career began as a Financial Planner for Liberty Life and later on FNB private clients, private wealth where he become well-rounded advisory and investment specialist.

He took a turn into entrepreneurship in 2017 beginning as a creative director for a luxury brand and starting up a cosmetics sales business and opening up stores in some of the major retail malls in South Africa.

Harmony Katulondi

Forbes Africa 30 under 30, Top Billing Presenter, JustLove Non – Profit Co – Founder and board member of the Miriam Makeba Center for girls, Harmony Katulondi is an eccentric African Leader who is creative and passionate in everything he does.

Most popularly known for his successes and prowess in media, Harmony is also a force to be reckoned with in the boardroom, having started his first company while still in University and working with some of Africa and the country’s biggest companies. His presence, creativity, fast learning, problem-solving skills and strategic mind has seen him dubbed as a ‘the Creative Intellectual & the African King’ by interviewers. He has a BCom Degree in Economics and Econometrics, majoring in strategic management, business management and international business & his passion for education has seen him pursuing more.

Harmony is an innovative and creative social entrepreneur. A driven and ambitious individual doing great things. And now as the Crystal Partners Strategic Manager there are no bounds to what he and Crystal Partners can do.

Thembakazi Maureen Taki

Chief Stakeholder Relations Officer

Thembakazi Taki is a 28yr old PR/Events Management and Project Management graduate. She’s a former business development officer for the African Press Association and later became the business development manager for the South African Council for Graduates and Cooperatives. She owns an events management company that is passionate and extensively experienced in national aviation, maritime career expos and the national presidential office supported Eastern Cape SUV Challenge.

She received her International Leadership Qualification of excellence from Kectil & University of Atlanta. She was named one of the top 35 students from her 700 global developing countries counterparts from the class of 2019 in 2020.

Furthermore, her philosophical work can be seen in her TakiGxowa foundation that was inspired by her late ANC veteran grandmother Bertha Gxowa. Her foundation’s sole purpose is youth, community and global development through mental wellness and entrepreneurship programs for effective and sustainable growth for countries and global economies

Samukelisiwe Rebecca Magagula

Business Manager

Samukelisiwe, is a public relations graduate from the Vaal University of Technology, a certified customer service expert with tested and refined skills in customer acquisitions, retention and relationship building. Her career started at a social enterprise called Ubuntu Institute, where she started as an Executive Assistant but was able to work her way up to programs coordinator. Organizational experience gained in this organization includes administration, recruitment processes, training workshops facilitation and events coordination.

She is a motivator who brings about positive and uplifting change through insightful discussion and exchanges. Founder and director of Palsam Lifestyle Consultancy, a platform she uses to host Brotherhood and Sisterhood Mentorship Seminars, whose main objectives are to bridge the gap and bring young people closer to the people they look up to while encouraging positive peer relationships.

She is passionate about the youth and the girl child and in hosting the seminars has contributed towards shaping and encouraging the youth to venture into entrepreneurship and to be independent thinkers.

She is also a former beauty queen (Miss Eswatini 2014) – one with a vision for the youth of Africa, an entertainer and humanitarian who believes she exists to formulate and facilitate platforms of change. An excellent networker with all kinds of stakeholders from different walks of life, holding varying ranks in society. She possesses an unmatched skill and ability to foster positive relationships, a born leader and team player.

Lindelo Desiree Dlamini

Business Manager

Lindelo Dlamini is a Swati young woman who identifies herself as a leader, a self-starter and change maker. She is a pilot in training and the founder of Power Clique Women’s Leadership Network as well as the Leading Ladies Sanitary Project. The leading Ladies Sanitary Project garnered support from the Embassy of the United States in Eswatini and impacted over 100 girls in the Shiselweni region of Eswatini.

Power Clique remains one of the most recognised women’s leadership platforms in Eswatini due to its significance in the area of women empowerment in the Kingdom. The calibre of women that have graced the platform include diplomats, politicians as well as distinguished business leaders.

Ms Dlamini’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management obtained from Lake Forest College in Chicago, USA. Lindelo further studied Computer Science, Digital Media Design and Digital Marketing in the course of her undergraduate studies. It is during her 5 year study and exposure in the United States that she recognised the need for forward thinking African business leaders and entrepreneurs who would lead the continent into its new frontier.

Her vision goes beyond Africa, with an aim to take Africa into a new world dimension by simplifying, adapting, evolving, and innovating through various sectors, skills, and most importantly through the people.

She is an alumnus of various entrepreneurial & skills development programs from different institutes and organisations. As an aspiring Forbes under 30, she envisions not just South Africa, but an Africa beyond developed; she believes she is part of the people that carry the purpose to carry the generation forward.

Overall, her passion is people, elevating human minds, through infrastructure and opportunity, which she believes will immediately elevate the thought process, immediately magnifying the skill and ability, but most significantly the willingness.
