Tumediso Lobelo
Group Chief Executive Officer
Tumediso Lobelo is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Partners and is an astute professional and has been an innovation & digital advocate for 15 years in the ICT industry. She is formerly the Managing Director and Founder of Tulo Vation, a start-up providing cybersecurity training and consulting services. Her career began at Microsoft as a sales graduate and progressed to numerous client-facing roles looking after major government entities. She then took on various client advisory and senior management roles across the Dimension Data group of companies.
Her responsibilities included being a digital transformation advisor, leading implementations of networking infrastructure, analysing & enforcing security practices, fostering the adoption of software solutions and cloud-based platforms for major clients. She ensured that clients across the private and public sector took advantage of all technology business platforms, both hardware and software.
Her qualifications include an Honours Degree in Information Systems, a Management & Leadership certification, a Leadership certificate from Henley Business School and various courses related to IT and business leadership. She is also currently studying towards her Bachelor of Commerce in Theology degree.

Poroma Mohale
Group Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Poroma Mohale is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer at Crystal Partners, a Pan African diversified Investment Mining company established as the premium partner of choice for global and local companies seeking to establish and expand their footprint on the African Continent through Strategic Partnerships. Poroma is an Engineer by profession and hold various qualifications, MBA in Digital Transformation in Business through the University of Maryland in the USA, ICT Systems Advance in Networking (UK), Technology Entrepreneurship Certification through Harvard, he also has various Microsoft qualifications, (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer / Certified Professional Technology Specialist in Security), Network Analyst and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
His background in Technology has gained him over 22 years wealth of experience in the ICT field, this includes working with various multinational corporates both local and global as an Engineer at Britain Telecommunication, Dimension Data to Sun International just to name a few, he also has an extensive experience in Logistics and Mining.
He is currently enrolled with the University of Sussex pursuing his PhD in Technology and Innovation.

Fungai Chitungo
Group Chief Investment Officer
Fungai comes along with a wealth of corporate finance, transaction advisory, deal structuring and capital raising experience and expertise. He acquired most of his experience from his previous roles as a corporate finance professional. Fungai was Senior Associate at Nations Capital, a corporate finance boutique firm operating out of South Africa, focusing on private and public sector advisory transactions across all sectors and value-added services including valuations, due diligence and feasibility studies. Within Nations Capital, Fungai rose from an Analyst to a Senior Associate role which enabled him to successfully led a number of transactions executed by the company.
Prior to joining Nations Capital, Fungai began his finance career in the early 2000s in Zimbabwe, initially as a Credit Analyst and later on assumed a Project Finance Analyst role, with different local banks in the country. During this time, he successfully worked on several project finance assignments within the finance, horticulture, agriculture, and transportation industry, as well as black empowerment related projects.
